Plan, implement, and administer program and services of Better Life CBAS, Inc, including personnel administration, training, and coordination of nursing and medical staff; Make sure the nursing and pharmaceutical units are compliant and stay up to date with legal policies and laws; Utilize in-depth knowledge of pharmacological uses in prescribing drugs and controlled substances; Develop and implement medical programs or health services that promote research, rehabilitation, and medical services to patients at Better Life CBAS, Inc; Inspect facilities and recommend modifications to ensure emergency readiness and compliance to access, safety, and sanitation regulations; Establish work schedules and assignments for staff, according to workload, space, and equipment availability, etc. $168,002/yr.
