POSITION: Janitorial Service Manager
WORK LOCATION/ADDRESS: 607-625 Fifth Avenue, New Westminster, BC V3M1X4
TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT: PERMANENT FULL-TIME
WAGE RATE: $28.50 PER HOUR (FOR 40 HOURS PER WEEK)
EDUCATION: SECONDARY SCHOOL (HIGH SCHOOL)
EXPERIENCE: 2-3 YEARS
LANGUAGE: ENGLISH
NO. OF VACANCIES: 1
START DATE: AS SOON POSSIBLE
JOB DUTIES:
• Establish schedules, duties or implement policies and procedures for staff to perform needed cleaning work in a timely and efficient manner
• Plan and control budget and inventory
• Manage contracts for advertising or marketing strategies
• Hire, train, and supervise staff
• Address customers' complaints or concerns
• Resolve problems
• Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations of the company
WORK SETTING: THE CANDIDATE SHOULD BE AVAILABLE TO WORK FULL-TIME IN THE MORNING OR DAY AND ON THE WEEKENDS.
