Job Duties:
• Negotiate and oversee rental or lease agreements on behalf of property owners, preparing lease contracts and documentation for manager approval.
• Coordinate tenant relations, property maintenance, and repairs, along with conducting regular inspections to monitor progress and costs.
• Provide property owners with monthly updates on rent payments and property maintenance costs; issuing invoices to ensure clear financial tracking.
• Responsively handle inquiries and complaints, keeping property owners or tenants informed of all actions taken.
• Maintain accurate records of documents, correspondence, operating expenses, and income.
• Administer damage deposits and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Conduct regular check-ins with tenants regarding living conditions and utility bills.
• Assist in seeking potential tenants, arranging property showings, and conducting reference and credit checks.

Qualification:
• Completion of study in property or real estate, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of one year of work experience in property management or administration.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and QuickBooks.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively; attention to detail.
