Job Description:
Participate in technical planning and requirement analysis meetings to evaluate the scope and design of new requirements.
Develop and review code to meet functional and technical requirements.
Perform proof of concepts for enhancements and implementation of solution for new business scenarios.
Design and implement processes to integrate OMS with other business systems.
Perform IBM OMS configurations, development, unit testing and support other development activities.
Configure and customize the IBM Sterling Foundation suite: Agent and Integration servers, Pipeline, Transactions, Services, JMS Queues, Alerts, Condition, Holds, Modification Rules, Monitoring Rules, ATP rules, Inventory availability, Sourcing and Scheduling rules in DOM, Sterling Store and Call Center applications
Assist in QA, UAT and performance testing to meet functional and non-functional requirements.
Support rollout of capabilities like BOPIS - Buy Online Pickup in Store, SFS - Ship from Store , Payment providers, and Marketplace integrations for Worldwide rollout
Analyze, troubleshoot and fix functional, deployment or systemic issues with IBM Sterling OMS application suite.
Plan and coordinate in build and deployment activities in all non-production environments.
Create and maintain business solution documents, Standard operating procedures, Sprint release notes, technical and configuration documents in confluence.
Active participation in Scrum activities, sprint planning, retrospective, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, etc.
Interact with business unit leaders, product owners, application users and other IT teams.
Ability to work with Git, Jira, Jenkins, JMeter ,Confluence and IBM Sterling OMS Cloud 23.x/ future versions, IBM Sterling IV, IBM Call Center , IBM Store Engagement Next Gen, IBM WebSphere, IBM WebSphere MQ, Java Programming, IBM DB2, SQL Query, DOM XML, XSLT.
