Therefore, we are currently hiring a Sales Associate (NOC: 64101) to introduce Thermax’s brand and build long-term relationships.
Job Responsibilities:
• Introduce Thermax’s heated products to potential and existing consumers, and provide advice concerning specialized products.
• Create and organize sales processes and plans to improve sales efficiency and provide revenue generation.
• Create awareness and promote special offers and loyalty programs.
• Estimate or quote prices, warranties, credit terms, and delivery dates to guarantee the sales process in smooth method.
• Prepare sales documentation, such as sales contracts, quotations, commercial invoices, and record keeping.
• Prepare and deliver trade reports monthly, quarterly, and annually to achieve the team’s sales objectives.
• Establish and foster positive relationships with clients, as well as manage relationships through all the stages of the sales cycle.
• Stay up to date with sales trends and analyze sales metrics for elevating service quality.
• Handle refunds, exchanges, and returns.
Job Requirements:
• College diploma is required.
• 1 or more years working in the service or retail industry preferred.
• Empathy to understand customers’ needs.
• Maintain a positive attitude and focus on customer satisfaction.
• The ability to read, write and perform basic math.
