Superior Poultry Processors Ltd. is a Canadian owned & operated Federally Inspected Poultry processing company. From our location in Western Canada, we serve customers throughout British Columbia, Western Canada, Central Canada and the United States. We are currently looking for 1 Payroll administrator to join our company.

Wages : $27.00 per hour (40 hours per week)

Specific Skills

• Ensure that payroll is accurately processed and maintained.
• Ensure that all payroll records are maintained including timesheets, pay slips, pension records, voluntary deductions etc.
• Auditing and verifying payroll and time-tracking records and addressing discrepancies.
• Liaise with Financial Controller / Human Resource Manager regarding any payroll or tax queries that may arise.
• Acting as a point of contact and responding to team member payroll inquiries.
• Maintain employee files and provide timely response to payroll inquiries.
• Demonstrate a good knowledge of tax and other statutory regulations.
• Assisting with payroll related documentation, other administrative duties and projects as required.
• Remain up-to-date with Employment Standards, collective agreements, wage scales, and company policies;
• May be responsible for the development or implementation of payroll policies, procedures or processes.
