Job Description:
NOW HIRING - Massage Therapist
Rochester Hills, MI
$23-30/hr PLUS Benefits
Full Time OR Part Time

Responsibilities:
-Perform professional quality massage, within the scope of practice.
-Must follow all policies and protocols.
-Assist in cleanliness of therapy rooms and common areas.
-Maintain professional appearance.
-Tailor massage sessions to meet guests’ individual needs.
-Assist in the promotion of the health and wellness benefits to guests receiving regular massage
-Provide an excellent guest experience through a friendly and helpful attitude.
-Be punctual, and attend all scheduled shifts
-Begin work promptly, and work the entire scheduled shift.
-Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
Qualifications:
-Minimum of 500 hours of massage therapy school with certificate of completion.
-Participate in continuing education credits to improve effectiveness (preferred).
-Adhere to all applicable local and state licensing laws
-Have current Massage Therapy License.
-Knowledge of and experience in performing Swedish/Relaxation and Deep --Tissue Massage required, as well as knowledge of and experience in performing other modalities
-Understands and believes in the healing benefits of massage therapy and bodywork.
-Must have a strong customer service orientation.
-Communicate effectively and in a professional manner with guests and staff.
-Maintain client confidentiality.
-Complete all SOAP notes completely per local and state licensing requirements.
