Job Description:
Trempealeau County is currently advertising to fill a Social Worker / Case Worker - CLTS/CCS position in the Human Services Department.
Compensation is dependent on qualifications. Please refer to Training, Experience and Other Qualifications.
Social Worker Grade: 9 Step: 1 $54,953.60 to Step: 6 $62,816 annually
Case Worker Grade: 8 Step: 1 $50,752 to Step: 6 $57,990.40 annually
The purpose of this position is to coordinate services for children and adults with physical, developmental, and mental health needs. Conducts assessments, develops service plans, coordinates service delivery, provides on-going case management, assesses risk/protective services, monitors purchased services, and provides client advocacy. The work is performed by a Social Worker in accordance with applicable rules, regulations, guidelines, and laws for the Children’s Long Term Support Waivers (CLTS) and the Comprehensive Community Services (CCS) program and under the direction of the Family and Children Services Supervisor.
