Objective: I have worked as a restaurant manager for over 6 years. I have held reponsibilities as kitchen, service, bar/bus/host, and general manager duties. Manager Rock-ola Cafe in Richmond, Virginia November 1999 to February 2004 I was promoted from hourly to salary manager. I transferred to 4 different stores and made a positive impact to sales in each. I started as Host manager, and promoted to Service manager within 6 months.
