Assignments
As a member of the revenue systems team, the main task was to support the functionality of the engine that is responsible for the receiving, loading, storing and retrieving of invoice information on Sybase and Oracle database servers. Duties included the analysis and gathering of requirements, creating high level design documents and graphical representations, implementation of code and testing.
Produced and supported various web reports used for balancing and monitoring revenue flow through the invoicing process. Experienced in researching production balancing issues and resolving help desk cases.
Developed complex database purge component to meet business and system requirements while also taking account of performance issues.
Completed most tasks within scheduled timeline and delivered flawless software into production.
Provided support for all levels of testing including unit testing, inter and intra engine testing and full system testing. Also provided 24 hour on-call support for production on a rotation basis.
Mentored and gave technical guidance to junior developers. Partook and contributed to working product reviews with other team members. Participated as a member of various cross-functional teams in support of company-wide initiatives. Worked with end users to resolve production problems.
