A/P, A/P, PO’s, job costing, analyze bids to insure correct pricing, accruals, and monthly/yearly budgets. Month-end closing, process all taxes and financial audits. Reporting of company projects and evaluation of progress.
2003 - 2005 SSI Group – Trainer/System Analysis • Train, install and troubleshoot medical billing software packages to hospitals in the continental USA. 1998-2003 T-Mobile – Cost Accountant • Control 15 million dollar budget for engineering department which also encompassed, A/P, A/P, PO’s, job costing, analyze bids to insure correct pricing, accruals, and monthly/yearly budgets. Functioned as a Project Analyst for T-Mobile for 5 years. I was responsible for a $100 million dollar project rollout. I developed asset management and capital plans, developed and maintained databases and equipment tracking systems. DBA – Also held position as DBA for asset tracking system for Fulcrum/CATS and SQL server.
1997-1998 CompScript – Accounting Manager • Maintained databases for 25 long-term care nursing homes. This included ICD 9 coding, billing of medical fees to insurance companies and private pay.
