Experience: PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE THE GOSNELL COMPANIES; Vienna, Virginia: Director of Business Development and Project Management, 1999-Present. Responsible for prospecting, negotiating and acquiring new business for this 80 year-old residential and commercial General Contracting construction and development company focusing in the commercial construction and real estate sector. Areas of development include, but not limited to, mission critical facilities, brand name hotels, Internet data centers, tenant build-out, Design/Build projects, interior and exterior renovation of shopping centers, base building construction of condominiums and multi-use projects. Develop strong strategic alliances and partnerships with architectural and engineering companies. Instrumental in developing new company web site focusing in the four portals of the Gosnell Companies. Developed company handbook, “Strategic Directives for Marketing”. This is a step-by step manual for the marketing department to develop a task function for each level of the commercial real estate market. Gosnell residential part of the Gosnell Companies, I have been selected to represent the firm in the sale of three custom built homes in Montgomery County, Maryland, now under construction. Accountable for all commercial construction business development; orchestrates on-going expansion focusing in the hospitality sector of name brand hotels including Doubletree, Holiday Inns and nursing home centers.
