Objective:
To whom it may concern:
This letter is in response to the open position at your company.
For the past year and a half I have worked as the Media and Account Manager for Loyalty Marketing Solutions, Inc. While with Loyalty I have designed, planned and implemented advertising and marketing campaigns for a number of clients. Maintaining client relationships is a large part of my daily activities, as well as strategizing to convey the message my clients want to project to the public. My creativity and ability to think outside the box has directly contributed to several successful projects. As campaigns close, I evaluate the return on investment and calculate the cost per lead. Recently, I have played a lead role in developing a new direct mail product for clients that specifically targets their ideal audience with a clear and precise message.
Prior to working at Loyalty Marketing Solutions I was an Account Executive at Katz Continental which is a division of Clear Channel Communications. While with Katz, I represented nine television stations throughout the Southeast. My duties included maintaining relationships for national accounts while presenting them with new advertising and promotional opportunities, evaluating media trends and writing quarterly Neilson media reports.
Before Katz Continental I worked as a Media Buyer at both Carat USA and Zenith Media. At these positions I evaluated different mediums and placed advertising schedules for various clients. I would allocate the advertising budgets by market into numerous radio and TV stations and evaluate the success of each campaign at the end of each quarter. In addition to my work experience, I majored in Public Relations at Auburn University and worked on two internships as the primary public relations director. Since my graduation I have expanded my experience in the fields of advertising, marketing and client relations. My well rounded education coupled with my business knowledge, makes me a strong candidate for this job opening within your company. I firmly believe I can be an integral part of your company.
Thank you for your time and consideration of my application. I look forward to speaking with you soon.
Sincerely,
Ryan T. Hudgins
