Objective:
My name is James E. Frenette and I attend school full time at the University Of North Florida. I am inrolled in the Coggin College of Business which is an accredited school. This has helped me develop from just a student to a professional businessman. I have worked part time at West Marine for the last six years. Two as the Assistant Manager III and three years as a sales associate. I am well rounded in the business setting with years of experience. I have successfully completed the 75 hour general appraisal course, and hold my license as a general appraiser trainee.

I have worked my way up the ladder from a sales associate to Assistant Manager III. I have taken part in store rebuilds and many store audites. I am responsible for opening and closing the store at the begging and end of everyday that I work. I also delegate associate positions throughout the store for the day and make sure they complete assigned taskes as well as our daily work. I am Comfortable in a management position and a great enthusiastic worker when working under a superviser.
