I am responsible for maintaining bank account inventory database; maintain share certificate database & balance information to annual statement schedules; perform quarterly bank fee analysis; monitor and record weekly cash balances using spreadsheets and charts; monitor and update policy and procedures manual; perform SOX testing.
Additional Information:
I have been in an accounts payable environment for over 20 years and in cash management for approximately five years. Accounts Payable is one of the most important areas of any company and requires a highly skilled manager who understands the need to adhere to corporate policy and procedures and can communicate that understanding to the customer. I am able to communicate with all levels of employee. I am proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel and have mastered corporate databases in order to maintain bank account inventory, share certficate data and bank fee analysis. I have conducted Sarbanes Oxley testing in both accounts payable and cash management areas; attending a SOX seminar in 2005. I am looking for a new position due to the dissolution of my department.
