Objective:
Looking for Web-based and Client-Server applications on different environments.I want additional experience in conducting automation testing using Mercury tools.
Experience:
• Over 5.5 years of professional experience in Information Technology with extensive experience in performing Manual and Automated Testing.
• Experience in testing Web-based and Client-Server applications on different environments.
• Strong knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Strong experience in developing Test Plans and Test cases using requirements and design documents while specifying Testing Overview, Approach, Strategy, Scope, Roles and Responsibilities.
• Expertise in Manual and Automated testing.
• Ability to write test plans, test cases, test procedures and test scripts from requirements and Use Cases.
• Experience in conducting automation testing using Mercury tools (Mercury Quality Center, WinRunner).
• Experienced in software analysis, Requirements Management, Quality Assurance, Configuration Management and Change Management.
• Expertise in performing different types of Testing: Black box, Module, Unit, Integration, System, Regression and UAT.
• Good understanding of Relational Database Management Systems (RDBMS).
• Extensive working knowledge in UNIX and Windows platforms.
• Industry experience includes Insurance, Finance.
• Proficient in SQL for testing database integrity.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer relational Skills. Proven communication, presentation Skills and Leadership Qualities.
Education:
• Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, UCE Burla, Orissa, India.

Mercury Quality Center 8.2, Mercury Test Director 7.x, Mercury Win Runner 7.x, Rational Tools (ClearCase, Clear Quest, Test Manager). UNIX, LINUX, Windows 2000/98/NT/95/XP/Server, DOS, Sun Solaris 2.6/2.8. MS Access, Oracle 8.X, SQL Server. C, C++, Java, SQL, and HTML. Integration, System, Regression, User-Acceptance, RUP, White Box, Black Box. Weblogic8.1, Apache, Tomcat. Mercury Quality Center 8.2, Test Director7.x, Rational Clear Quest. Clear case, CVS, PVCS.
