Developed a “Pit Crew” approach and methodology for changeovers and daily PM’s. Reduced changeover time and PM downtime. RESULT: Yielded $3,000,000 cost savings.

Analyzed and helped to develop training curriculum, cross-training program and online training modules.
RESULT: Increased employee flexibility and reduced overtime needs. Saved company $1,700,000.

Enhanced employee involvement by identifying opportunities for improvement. Collaborated with training department and Human Resources to establish certification requirements and designing online training modules.
