Objective: I am looking for a position as a District manager, District Sales Manager. I have 18 Years Expereince. If you want to exceed your sales goals. Control your labor costs. Control your shrink. And increase profits you need me. I am the cheapest District Sales Manager you could possibly ever aquire. I can prove to you that I can be free. I will increase your PROFITS more than enough to cover my salary. Anyone can afford me. I will only take a position that my salary is based on performance.(But I Must be able to make a minimum of 7,000 a month plus bonus starting at the first month). If I increase your business 20-50 % I want to get paid to do it. I don't just go through the motions of the job I am totaly dedicated to it. AND I GET THE RESULTS I NEED. I've never had to terminate a manager they either did the job or quit. (I did terminate one for missing money). I can hire and train new staff if thats what you need. District Manager Party City in Arizona (Present employment) I increased the sales 18-22 %. While at the same time bringing down the expenses. Hire and trained Managers, as well as employees. Anywhere from 30-50 employees per location. developed budgets and sales projections. Analized Daily weekly and monthly reports to make sure we were making goals. District Manager PSI Arco in Phoenix, AZ December 1995 to March 1999 Increase Sales 16-19 %. Hired and trained new Managers. Kept close track of budgets and sales goals. Decreased payroll 5-7 % in all locations by better organizing labor force. DIstrict Manager Mega Foods in phoenix,AZ August 1990 to October 1995 Hired and trained Managers. Controled labor costs in all locations. reduced shrink in all locations. Never had a store not make labor for the year. They might have missed it for the month. But if they missed their labor goals! I wrote the schedule for their store the next month and got them back on track. Distict Sales Manager Crispy's Inc in Phoenix,AZ February 1985 to August 1990 Hired and Trained Route Salesmen. Increased sales 30-35 % in my area. At the same time the other DSM was only increasing sales 7-10 %. The owner gave me the biggest increase bonus he had ever paid out. It was 75 % more than any bonus EVER! HE SAID HE CAN'T AFFORD TO PAY OUT BONUSES LIKE THAT! I SHOWED HIM HE DIDN'T PAY OUT ANYTHING. HE JUST TOOK THE MONEY OUT OF THE EXTRA $120,000 IN INCREASED PROFITS I GOT HIM!
