Implemented computerized general accounting system. Including accounts payable, accounts receivable and payroll. Implemented computerized route sales accounting system. Designed to track machine level sales and inventory of over 500 products. Wrote and developed corporate personnel policy manual. Wrote and developed job descriptions for all jobs within the company. Developed performance standard and evaluation program. Member of executive team that purchased seven other vending companies. Assisted with the assimilation of those employees into our company. Established corporate and divsional budgets for the organization. Maintained minutes, stock ledgers and transfer records for the corporation.
