I have been a dispatcher for a plumbing company that we oversaw about 25-30 plumbers at once working in the field. I also worked for a recycling company where there I oversaw approximately 15-20 drivers including 4 class A drivers. In both of these companies I was responsible for setting appointments and scheduling the drivers for thier calls that same day or next day.In the plumbing company we worked with thomas guides and gave the serviceman map pages of the location they were going to service. With the recycling company we used Mapquest & gave them a copy of the directions and map. With both companies we communicated with two way radios. I also did data entry of all our runs and inputed them into Excel. With the plumbing company they had thier own program that was designed specifically with them.
Additional Information:
I know how to call in credit card numbers for authorization. I am very knowledgable with the computer & know most of Microsoft Office. Any program that I do not know I can learn very quickly. I can handle a multi phone lines and do some basic office work
