Experience: • 6 years of Functional Expertise in SAP MM, PP-PI and PP with touch points in PM, WM, QM with 3 full life cycle implementations. • Experienced in analyzing the client’s requirements, understanding the Business process requirements and mapping it onto SAP. • Worked on SAP 4.0, 4.6C and ECC 5.0 versions. • Detailed knowledge of purchasing, material files, and stock handling processes. Work experience includes the following MM sub-modules: Master data creation, Purchasing and Pricing Management, Forecast Based Planning, Purchasing, Vendor Evaluation and Physical Inventory. • Implementation of the standard functionality of the PP/PP-PI module. Make-to-Stock and Make-to-Order environment. • Creating and configuring and maintaining Bill of Materials, Resource, Work centers, Routings, Recipes, MRP, SOP, Demand Management, Production Orders, Process Management, Batch Management, Planning Strategies and Process Orders. • Expertise in Batch management, Batch Classification and backflush to issue materials • Inventory Management, Managing materials stock by quantity, by value, goods issue, stock movement documentation, Reservation, Quantity inspection, Units of Measure, Special Stock, Material Storage and Movement. • Exposed to WM with expertise in PP-WM material staging (warehouse structure, basic stock management, warehouse movements, production supply area, control cycle records, goods receipts, goods issue, stock transfers, and replenishments) • Extensive involvement in Requirement Gathering and conceptualization of requirement
