Objective: Hello, My name is Natacha L. Firman, I am 25 years old, I was born in Redmond, Washington and now reside here in Arlington, Virginia. I recently married a wonderful man and due to his responsibility to the U.S. Navy we moved from the Seattle area to Virginia. I definitely can say I miss home and family, however I am truly excited about my journey on the East side. I graduated from Auburn High School in Washington in June of 1999. I was enrolled in Early Childhood Education classes throughout high school and at the age of sixteen I was hired at a facility I was volunteering at and thus began my career in Child Care. My experiences and challenges with young children ranging from ages infant to ten years old has become a true passion for me. My ultimate goal is to return to school and complete a degree in teaching. I would enjoy becoming an educator for young children either in Child Care or Elementary. Friends and Co-workers would say that I poccess a strong, compassionate and natural ability to care for young children. However, I believe that children need responsible, respectful and well educated role models in their lives. Children deserve every opportunity to experience life's little lessons under appropriate guidance and care. I know with my patience and extensive knowledge of developmentally appropriate activities I can help guide children to a more promising and brighter future.
