General Ledger: -Involved in the Designing and Setting up the C.O.A -Defining Set of Books and assigning Set of Books to profile options -Transacting Manual Journal Entries with Functional Currency. -Defining rollup groups -Setup of Security rules and Cross validation rules -Setup of recurring journals and auto post criteria.
Accounts Payables: -Defining Payment Terms & Distribution Sets. -Defining Supplier -Defining Internal Banks (Treasury) -Defining TDS, VAT and other taxes. -Recording Transactions using Standard Invoice, Debit Memo, Credit Memo, Prepayment, Expense Report, and PO Default. -Defining and maintaining Recurring and Interest Invoice. -Run payables transfer to GL.
