Description :

Andhra Pradesh Public Works Department – is a State Govt. organization mainly involved in building the infrastructure all over AP. It has got 5 wings:
• National Highways
• State Highways
• Boarder roads
• AP Rural Infrastructure and Service Project (APRIASP)
• Rural Infrastructure and Development Fund (RIDF)
We implemented the Oracle Applications with 11 modules of which the financial module includes GL, AP, AR and Fixed Assets. The set-ups involved are:

General Ledger:
-Involved in the Designing and Setting up the C.O.A
-Defining Set of Books and assigning Set of Books to profile options
-Transacting Manual Journal Entries with Functional Currency.
-Defining rollup groups
-Setup of Security rules and Cross validation rules
-Setup of recurring journals and auto post criteria.

Accounts Payables:
-Defining Payment Terms & Distribution Sets.
-Defining Supplier
-Defining Internal Banks (Treasury)
-Defining TDS, VAT and other taxes.
-Recording Transactions using Standard Invoice, Debit Memo, Credit Memo,
Prepayment, Expense Report, and PO Default.
-Defining and maintaining Recurring and Interest Invoice.
-Run payables transfer to GL.

Accounts Receivable:
-Define FOB
-Defining Freight Carriers
