Skills:
Basic design of absorption, adsorption, distillation, dehydration, and desulphurization units.
Simulations using Aspen, Hysys, Pro/II, and Chemcad. Development of H&MBs, PFDs, and P&IDs. Sizing/specifications of vessels, columns, pumps, compressors, PSVs, RVs, CVs, orifices, level gauges. Hydraulic analysis, line sizing and pipe selection. Preparation of bid-tabs, proposals, and basic design and engineering packages. Familiar with ethanol, ethylene, FCC, and LNG processes. FE/EIT certified.
