Position seeking: Maintenance Shop Supervisor / Mold repair / Machinist

Work experience: Graham Packaging Plastic Products Inc. formerly: Owens-Illinois Plastic Products Inc.
• Mold repair / machinist
• Repair and maintain CE process molds.
• Repair or fabricate machine parts.
• Mechanical work on machinery, plant systems and towmotors.
Dates: August 1999 to present

Mold maintenance technician/Supervisor: Remcon Plastics Inc.
• Purchase equipment and setup mold maintenance shop.
• Develop and maintain a mold maintenance and tracking program.
• Repair all tooling as need and upgrade fastening system.
• Order all supply and equipment used in mold shop.
• Tracking of costs and supplies used on customers molds. Bill customers for repairs completed.
• Use of a wide variety of power tools and welding equipment.
Dates: January 1999 to August 1999

Plant Supervisor: Creative Plastics Inc.
• Supervision of rotational molding machinery, assembly lines and material processing.
• Quality control on production and assembly lines.
• Daily machine production and scrap reports.
• Daily production meeting on ways to improve cycle times, training and assembly process.

Mold maintenance technician/Lead person: Step 2 Corp.
• Layout and design of rotational molding spyders. Also modified molds and worked closely with product designers to solve molding and production problems if needed.
• Repair of all tooling, drill fixtures and cooling fixtures.
• Ordering of all supplies use in mold maintenance and blasting area.
• Fabrication or framework for castings for rotational molding machinery.
• Wide variety of power tools used such as: Mill, Lathe, band saw, chop
saw, drill press, mig and tig welding.
