The Citizens’ Service Center is a department created by the Mayor of Stamford as the first line of contact between the residents of the City of Stamford and City Offices. This center has been looked at as a model for many other city municipalities through out the state as well as through out the country. As a representative I answer inquires from the residents related to services offered by the City of Stamford. I am required to be versed in many facets of city hall and public works policies and to be able to think quickly on my feet. I also receive, record and distribute requests for services such as Pothole Repairs, Traffic Sign Replacements and any problems that are noticed by the residents using Microsoft Access as a Database.
