I have 17 years experience in the industrial electrical and instrumentation field. I have performed the duties as a QAQC electrical inspector, start-up technician, electrician foreman, I/E technician and also power plant operator. I have worked in all phases of the electrical and instrumentation field, new construction, start-up and commissioning, operations, maintenance, shut-downs/outages and capital projects. Penpower
With Penpower I have spent a great deal of time with the G.E. TM2500 gas turbines, a 22.8 megawatt portable generator that can be transported anywhere in the world. My duties include assisting in the set up of the units, start up and commissioning and operating and maintaining the units while on assignment. I have traveled all over North America and South America with this team.
Also with Penpower I was sent to Chicago, IL to operate and maintain the G.E. Jenbacher recuperating land fill gas engines. My duties included 24 hour on call reasonably to assure that these power plants were operated and maintained properly. I was also responsible for all daily and weekly production reports, planning, scheduling and coordinating maintenance for these sites.

Technical Diagnostic Services
Worked on fall outages of units 3,4 and 5, Westinghouse steam turbines at the Exelon Handley Power Generation Facility in Fort Worth, Texas. Duties included calibration of Rosemount, Honeywell instrumentation and Mercroid switches. I assisted in set-up and calibration of Fisher control valves. After new installation of Limitorque Motor Operated Valves, I terminated the electrical and control wiring, set the limit switches and performed complete check out and loop sale of new system. During outages I also performed preventive maintenance on Allis and Chalmers / Siemans motor control centers. I was called on to perform electrical and instrumentation plant maintenance as necessary.

Start-up and commissioning of four new G.E. Frame 7 FA turbines in Clarksdale, Mississippi. Duties included inspection of Rosemount Instrumentation complete calibration, check out, loop sale and troubleshooting of Mark 5 control systems with G.E. T/A. Also check out of G.E. Motor Control Centers.

Duties included the start up of four LM6000 G.E. Gas Turbines at the Chesapeake Commonwealth Project in New Church Virginia. Performed the check out and troubleshooting of the Woodward controls, calibration of Rosemount Instrumentation and check out/troubleshooting of motors and G.E. Motor Control Centers. Also worked as a Lockout/Tagout Supervisor on the start up at the Lehigh Cement Plant in Union Bridge, Maryland. Duties included locking out electrical and mechanical systems for construction, start up, and plant maintenance.
