Objective:
I am seeking a full-time/permanent Information Technology
Department/Program Managerial position with various divisions
beneath including any/all of the aforementioned technical expertise.
Experience:
As the Program Manager for all of the Defense Intelligence Systems
for the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) for Northrop Grumman
Corporation, I am responsible for all aspects of management. These
systems include: Decision Agent (DA), Information Data Warehouse
(IDW), Intelligence Community's Data Mart (ICDM) (UNCLAS and
SECRET), ICDM-SIPRNET (ICDM-S), SIPRNET to Desktop, Investigator's
Portal (IP), and a few others. I manage millions of dollars in
contracts with Space & Naval Warfare (SPAWAR) and the FBI, as well
as Project Leads and personnel for each system/program. As Program
Manager for all of these projects, I supervise the incorporation of
these systems into one portal and have it utilized by the entire
Intelligence Community, including the FBI, Homeland Security, CIA,
DIA, NCIS, DEA, etc. I am currently on a Leave of Absence with
Northrop Grumman Corporation due to a car accident.
I have over 18 years of experience in the Federal
Government/Department of Defense with technical expertise including
defense/messaging systems design/programming, web/portal
design/development/hosting, network/server/Internet Service Provider
(ISP) design/connectivities/admin/hosting, Navy/Marine Corps
Intranet (NMCI) integration, Quality Assurance (QA) Category III
certification testing, Independent Verification & Validation (IV&V),
and Technical Writing. I also have expertise in Program/Project
Management including cost/time/funding analysis, Plan of Action &
Milestones (POA&Ms), Software Change Proposals (SCP) Board
Chair/Attendee, contract litigation, Voice Over Internet Protocol
(VOIP), Public Key Infrastructure (PKI), and Compatibility Maturity
Model Integration (CMMI.)
