Effectively assists clients in converting paper claims to electronic so that clients can submit electronically to commercial insurances, Medicare and Medicaid. Technical support is provided to clients by various remote connections such as VPN, Terminal Server, PC Anywhere and dial up. Provides support on troubleshooting flat file data and configuration files which are used to create EDI files for transmitting to insurance companies or clearinghouses.
