Took a shop with only 6 techs. and running one shift to a shop that has 16 techs. and runs three shifts. Took labor sales from 45k to over 165k a month. Created the yearly business plan, entered all of the payroll time, Performed all of the hiring, firing and evaluating. Placed key factors of the Six Sigma program to increase the technicians efficiency. Pulled new customers in from all over the area.
