Bid Management Manager 2000 – 2004
Manage multi-product proposals for assigned accounts totaling about $1 billion a year. Key responsibilities include preparing bid forms in accordance with customer’s requirements, obtaining required approvals, logging information into a global tracking tool for reporting to Finance and account teams, implementations and supporting new tools and procedures within the department.
Once all approvals have taken place by Upper Management, it was my responsibility that Sales presents the completed offer to each customer without any additional Equipment/Schedules, Price or Cost changes.

Account Development: (Strategic Pricing) 1996-2000
Responsible for the end-to-end Account Development, Provisioning, Planning and Competitive Quotations, Customer Satisfaction and Cross functional coordination to provide a seamless work environment for customers seeking to combine Telecommunications equipment and other businesses.

Managed Bell Atlantic/Qwest accounts in the Request for Quote group. Position entailed supervising 6 proposal specialists, assigning workload and resolving customer issues.
Created Sales Plan online application that significantly improved customer requirements tracking.
Served as a pricing representative at a weekly Product Council reviews thus ensuring milestones and deliverables were met.
