Objective:
After spending many years in the Sunshine state, I would like to relocate to the Cleveland area to be closer to family. I am a self-starter with a proven, successful, stable track record in the insurance industry. I can be equally comfortable budgeting, planning, supervising or just handling a book of VIP clients. I started as a CSR in the Fort Myers office & quickly was promoted to supervisor. In 1985 I was promoted to Manager over 5 personl lines offices. In 1991 I transferred to Daytona Beach where I worked in the home office for 2 years. In 1993 after Hurricane Andrew I was transferred to the Fort Lauderdale office. I was responsible for hiring, budgeting, planning and running the personal lines dept. Over the past 13 years, I have been involved in implementing numerous acquisitions until today my department has 13 employees, over 8,000 clients and total revenue of $3,000,000. For the past 7 years, we have operated at 50%+ profit.
We have been recognized by Brown & Brown as their top personal lines department in 1998 and 2002.
