Project Quality Manager:
Hired as a consultant to play a critical role in helping Distribution Common Service area of MassMutual identify gaps in current methodology and implement improved QA Methodology, mentor current Test Managers and Testing staff and perform the role of Test Manager for the Broker View Project (one of MassMutual’s 6 most strategic projects for 2006).
• Reviewed current MassMutual QA Methodology / Process by interviewing BA’s Project Manager’s, Test Managers, Testers, members of the Governance and Testing Center of Excellence. Proposed a QA Life Cycle that the Testing Center of Excellence recommends should be the standard for all QA departments throughout the organization.
• Recommended various metrics be gathered and edits to the existing Test Director Test Lab and Defect Templates in order to help capture Ambiguity Defects, Test Execution Prioritization and various stages of a Defect’s Life Cycle.
• Identified weaknesses with current Test Plan and Test Strategy Templates and made recommendations on how those templates could be improved.
• Mentored current QA and Test Managers on the use of ROM and TCP Estimation Tools.
• Mentored current Test Managers on conducting Defect Triage Meetings, writing Test Plan, Test Strategy, Ambiguity Defect Reports. Recommend various training programs for current Test Manager Staff.

• Performed Smoke, Functional, GUI, Regression, End to End and Production Verification testing of JPMorgan ACCESS Cash_Online web based Infrastructure and Password Reset applications.
• Sole test resource of the JPMorgan ACCESS web based Password Reset Applications. Duties included:
• Created Test Prep and Execution Test Estimates. Presented Estimates to Senior Management
• Reviewed Functional and Design Specification documents. Identified Test Conditions, Ambiguities, Conflicts and Risks.
• Verified GUI Requirements followed JPMorgan ACCESS Style Guide
