Objective:
I am A veteran. I served in the Regular Army from 1983 to 1987. I was a Platoon Staff sergeant with the rank of E-6 in a Field Artillery Unit. I recieved a honorable discharge. I enrolled in the Army National Guard from 1987 to 1993 where I basically served the same position and earned the rank of Sergeant First Class E-7. From 1987 to 1990 I worked for the Texas Department of Corrections as a correctional officer and a sergeant at a boot camp.

I worked the Board Operator position in several units. Vinyls unit, Surfactants unit, Glycol unit, Amines unit and Isopropanol unit. I also worked/Plant Activity Coordinator and Training Coordinator. I was the shift Activity Coordinator on my shift as well as the EH&S Coordinator and Crisis Responds Leader. I also served on the Leadership Team and the Emergency Responds Team as a firefigter and fire truck driver.
