functions.

Network Support Duties:

* Performed network support functions for the on-site dealership
network with approximately 10 computers.

* Performed repairs/troubleshooting and installed software upgrades
or downloads to maintain network efficiency.

* Added new hardware components to upgrade the computer network for
"in house" training purposes.

* Made recommendations to senior executives on technical
requirements and components and specific brands to ensure optimum
functionality of the network.


Automobile Service / Repair Duties:

* Performed inspections, diagnostics, troubleshooting, repairs,
testing, and corrective/preventive automobile maintenance on engine,
transmission, suspension and electrical problems.

* Automobile Service Excellence (A.S.E.) Certified Master
Technician and Certified L1 Diagnostic Specialist.
