YesEdit is a product (GUI) designed to simplify the process of reviewing videotaped depositions and creating clips for powerful presentations. It works in combination with the YesVideos Yes Law Generator to review deposition testimony, find key elements in the footage, create and export clips for use in presentations used by several attorneys. It has the following features:
Creating/Editing Video Clips along with transcripts
Underline the transcript as they are encountered in the video
Hilight and make clips
Exporting Clips
Taking SnapShots
Editing Clips
Exporting into power-point presentation, summation, mpeg file, Windows-media file, audio-only file.
Have a full-screen view of the video and transcript, with a floating controller window to carry out the control functions such as play, pause, slide, search, highlight, save, edit and delete clips.
Responsibilities:
Involved in the design, coding and maintenance of the YesEdit product.
Made a study on the encoding/decoding algorithm, T-algorithm.
Developed the Tea Xtra in C++ based on the above.
Made a study on the exporting methods of an mpeg file to various formats.
Developed the Encoder Xtra in C++ based on the above using Direct Show.

The Project involves porting the Oracle Database Server from Windows 32-bit platform to Windows 64-bit platform.
Itanium 2 processor-based platforms deliver compelling price/performance and the most scalable platforms for Windows-based Database, BI and ERP workloads.
64-bit Intelฎ Xeonฎ processor-based servers running Windows Server 2003 x64 Editions enable a smooth transition to 64-bit computing. It has the advantage of enhanced performance and security protection on 32-bit applications, optimized to take advantage of Hyper-Threading Technology, PCI Express* and DDR2-400 memory available on 64-bit Intelฎ Xeonฎ processor-based platforms.
The Oracle Server is developed in the Win32 base platform, Windows-NT. This is being ported to the above 2 Windows 64-bit flavors of IA-64 and X64, to meet the Windows 64-bit market of Oracle.
