Objective:

Experience:
Determine schedule for the cash-in staff.
Create spreadsheets for the controller and directors when required.
Perform general clerical duties such as filing, sorting, copying, etc.
Perform data entry of regular and verbal call-in charges, neighborhood service tickets, school-runs, and blood-runs etc.
Act as liaison between drivers and directors.
Collect monies from cab and sedan drivers.
Process charge slips and provides invoices to charge clients.
Perform all end-of-the-day procedures for closing the cash-in office.
Train new employees on all duties performed in the cash-in office.


Liaison between the cab drivers and the public as well as the drivers and the dispatch supervisor.
Entered charge and school-run data into the system.
Pre-determined fare amounts for drivers and customers when requested.
Provided possible routes of travel to drivers who needed directions.
Responsible for answering multi-line switchboard.

Responsible for daily clerical duties (minimal typing, telecommunications, storing, invoice data on microfilm, and mailings to clients).
