Managed resolution of 30,000+ product exceptions and associated inventory corrections in preparation for data conversion to the Xytech based inventory and media ordering system. Developed and implemented SOP for data correction, insuring mapping and conversion data was accurate and project completed on time. - Initiated Soap Opera TV series episodic entry project. Created a high level overview and lists of individual episode numbers, date telecast and corporate asset tracking numbers for approximately 18,000 records. Worked with IT to automate entry to web based global legal rights system, and entry into the mainframe systems. - Initiated and coordinated entry of Game Show Format Series. Worked with IT and Corporate Finance to develop and implement new asset tracking number methodology enabling these products to be captured in the systems. - Worked on the International Standard Audiovisual Number (ISAN) Registration Project insuring registration requirements were met on time. - Served on the Data Review Board to standardize product data entry requirements and terminology. - Assisted with Trademark Lawsuit, substantiated proof of use, including copies of backup historical information. This helped prove the Screen Gems Logo was not in public domain. Sony won the case. - Created music changes tracking report for access on shared drive. - Assisted Legal Department with investigation of shared rights acquisition products.
