Lead consultant for all Metasolv Software, Inc. TBS customer and training installations. Responsibilities include, loading and upgrading the following applications: core TBS, Oracle Server, Oracle Client (all versions), Load N’ Go scripts, database tuning and management, API suite installations and management, background processor, LERG and the Network Inventory Tool

• Upon acquisition of a company, I planned and performed a full customer migration as well as developing new products and processes to accommodate the new addition.

• Created and developed a Voice over IP application within the organization. Product Catalog additions as well as an efficient workflow.
