Conesys is the parent company of Aero Electric Connector, J-Tech Connector and EMP filter connectors.
They are a $60M manufacturer of electrical circular connectors supplied to the military, aerospace, transportation, telecom and industrial marketplace.

• Manage five state territorial sales growth and direction of a 60 million dollar electrical circular connector manufacturer out of Michigan regional office.
• Manage commercial and military/defense OEM customer base including General Dynamics, Eaton Aerospace, Raytheon, Smiths Aerospace and AM General.
• Work with commodities procurement along with project managers and engineering staff to maintain and grow Conesys sales and visibility.
• Have experience in negotiating global commodity agreements currently implemented within the aerospace/defense supplier industry.
• Continually monitor Defense contract awards to U.S. military suppliers through contact with various contracting activity locations.

IIS is an industrial cable assembly/harness manufacturer to the automotive OEM industry. Additional products offered range from electrical junction boxes to connectors to cable assembly accessories. Utilized long standing personal relationships with design engineers and purchasing personnel in the automotive and industrial OEM’s market to secure business for start up industrial cable assembly operation.

• One of four owners of a cable/harness assembly and industrial products value/added manufacturing facility.
• Oversaw the overall sales direction, major account management and product marketing. Customers included Fanuc Robotics, ABB Robotics, Utica Enterprises and Kuka Robotics.
• Additional responsibilities range from accounts receivables/payables, product manufacturing, quality control, to shipping and receiving.
