Objective: Attended the Army LVN program at Brook Army Medical Center at Ft. Sam Houston Texas graduating in April of 2002. I was licensed in June of 2002 and then started my nursing career at Walter Reed Army medical Center on an Intermediate Care Unit. After completing my time in Service I returned home and began working as an LPN. Completed one semester of an RN program while working full time at Amory Gilmore Memorial Hospital. Getting behind in School I took a part time job at a Psychriatric Assisted Living Facility. I soon dropped out of school and now looking to resume a full time position in the work force as I continue my distant learning education.

Licensed Practical Nurse Courtyard Community Living Center in Fulton Mississippi March 2005 to June 2005 Passed oral medications, performed subcutaneous and intramuscular injections, charted on patients, performed peritoneal dialysis, supervised CNA's. Monitored and assessed assigned patients. Licensed Practical Nurse Gilmore Memorial Hospital in Amory Mississippi June 2005 to January 2006 Monitored vital Signs, pt assessments and interviews passed oral medications, performed subcutaneous and intramuscular injections, reported abnormal findings to RN assigned to patient. Licensed Vocational Nurse United States Army in Washington DC October 2000 to December 2004 assessed and charted on patients, started and maintained Intravenous Therapy, Monitored and interpeted Telemetry and EKG's, Obtained blood specimens, arterial specimens, monitored arterial lines, monitored ventilated patients, performed tracheostomy care. Performed am care performed, q2 hour vial signs, q1 hour i/o's, while mantaining the position of assistant wardmaster which consisted of assuring supplies were on floor amd ordering when need be. Assuring other enlisted squad members maintained all continuing education along with military education. I also served as the Saftey Noncommissioned Officer. Requirements of this job were to teach and test all staff members on the Safety protocol of the Floor and Making sure all military staff members were mantaining a physical state of readiness.
