* For UT-Battelle at ORNL, oversee the design, specification,
purchase, database design and management, and customer satisfaction
for over $2.0 million in furniture for the many sites occupied by
ORNL.

* Served as a member of a team that worked on a $1.0 million
project for ORNL that involved relocating approximately 250 employees
to a new facility. Selected by management to coordinate crew members
and supervise movers.


Technical Support/Admin. Assistant, Performance Development Corp.,
1998 - May 2005

* Provide internal technical support, including installing new
software, troubleshooting hardware/software issues, and training
employees on software applications.

* Handle purchasing duties, including interacting with vendors,
invoicing, and communicating with engineers and management to ensure
adequate supply/equipment inventory.

* Manage contracts database by evaluating contract specifications
for management, including identifying the client, project scope, and
amount of funding.

* Handle administrative duties that include writing/distributing
reports and letters, answering a multi-line phone system, processing
payroll, accounts payable, and purchasing.
