* Implement shrinkage control programs and maintain low
shrink rates.

* Provide top levels of customer service; approve
returns, adjustments, refunds, and exchanges.

* Continuously evaluate department performance and
analyze benchmarking evaluations to identify/correct areas
needing improvement.
