[2004]By developing a working relationship in the transportation business, I was asked by Santa Sweets to manage the transportation of all facilities in North America including Mexico.

Working directly with the sales department on the retail side of the business I was able to develop a carrier base that allowed me to keep transportation costs at below standard costs, allowing the sales force to grow retail sales. Our distribution and Packing points included Plant City, Fl., Nogales, AZ., Cedarville,NJ., and Philadelphia, PA.As the seasons permitted I developed contractual agreements with carrier groups on an as needed basis. Sales Representative
Parmalat Bakery Division in Plant City Florida
October 1988 to September 1998
[1988] I was hired as a supervisor for the distribution facility in St. Louis, MO. specific duties required me to organize and maintain the shipping and receiving of all goods coming in and out of the St. Louis facility.

[1990] I was asked to transfer to our manufacturing plant in Florida where I would take on the responsibilities of the distribution manager. I decided it would be good to develop relations with local businesses, this allowed me to organize two satellite warehouses with Star distribution in Plant City Fl. and Ruthven commerce properties in Lakeland Fl. This allowed for easy access to all inventories both raw and finished goods. Finally, I now could develop operating procedures for both warehouses and our manufacturing plant in Plant City. These procedures enveloped all distribution throughout North America. In 1992 I was given the opportunity to manage all inventories witch included some purchasing, this new position allowed me to have control and also to deter any adverse affects distribution and inventory levels may have on the bottom line.

[1994] In working with the president of the company I was looking for a sales position within the company where I was given a position back in St. Louis with a direct store distribution sales opportunity. This position included sales and promotions with over 20 major accounts within the St. Louis area, while developing and expanding the territory, our company was going through a transition and in 1996. the company had personal issues back in fl. and asked me too step back in the same role I had, this is where I finished my career in 1998.
