Skills: I turning around two Companys from losses of $3.2M and $2.2M to profit in 3 years. This was accomplished by setting a plan after talking to many of the employees. I than built teams as I am a team player and a team builder. We than attacked the problems on the plan, along with reducing invetory, reviewing and restructing purchased materials. began just in time. Posted yields and finished goods. Each month the progress was posted after our monthly meeting The employees were thanked and congradulated for a good job. I do not take credit. I tell them they are solving the problems ( I might point out under my guidance and watchful eye. By posting the results and showing the trend it becoms lets beet in next month.
