*Strategic purchase and integration of the Company’s largest competitor going from a $15M to a $45M company.
*Rollout of three retail divisions with national showcasing and advertising.
*Dynamometer, ergonomic, noise dosimetry, and airborne concentration studies.
*Responsible for the Ergonomics/Safety and Labor/Management Committees.
*Three successful OSHA inspections with less than $500 in fines per visit.
*Reduction in turnover from 240% to 100% in one year.

*Development of staffing needs and training programs for 250 positions.
