MANAGEMENT
• Evaluated and planned the computer hardware, software, data communication and systems requirements of the company based on number of personnel, volume of data expected, complexity of processes, available resources and consistency with company strategy and UK standards

• Introduced the use of PDA/Phones as modem to connect laptops to VPN while on the go and negotiated with the telco vendor for unlimited GPRS free of charge which resulted in an annual savings of $100,000

• Used six sigma tool of plotting statistics on control charts to establish baseline process and identify process improvements
• Delivered on time various systems on ERP, SFA, Web services, HR, Sales and marketing that contributed to significant cost savings
• Delivered systems related to Customer and Product Account Profitability which could not be designed by other analysts in the company
• Designed the Standard Distributor Information System for Unilever’s exclusive distributors and designed its roll out which provided competitive edge for Unilever
• Designed several innovative solutions(e.g., web services that is PDA compatible) taking into account constraints in the industry and budget and to distribute workload and remove data handling redundancy
• Designed and implemented MsOffice document conversion to pdf file via web which provided the company savings on license cost of $85,000
