Experience: IT Marketing Designed marketing programs, literature, and multimedia materials for Insurance companies and IT companies. As Director of Marketing for North American Capital Corporation (NACC) I designed, wrote, and produced training and marketing literature for insurance, mortgages, and other financial products. Conducted sales workshops for field agents. For Cost Control Systems I developed written and multimedia marketing materials to market proprietary software. Supervised national marketing team selling software and consulting services to businesses of all sizes. Client list included Marriott Corporation, Sysco Food Service, Kraft Food Service, and many other companies both national and local.
IT Management Developed and programmed in-house client management software system for NACC. Worked independently analyzing, designing, developing, and installing basic computerized inventory system for Thomas Kinkade Galleries in Orem, Utah, to simplify manual systems. In charge of several highly successful product development projects at Cost Control Systems in Orem, Utah, resulting in marketing alliances with Sysco Food Service and Kraft Food Service. Taught classes on entry level computerization and aided in implementation of new IT systems on customers sites.
Product Management Increased sales and decreased costs while developing and implementing new IT solutions. For Kierulf Electronics in San Diego I was responsible for managing over 40 product lines totaling over $10,000,000 in in-house inventory. Set sales records for National emi-Conductor, Signetics, and Advanced Micro Devices. Increased gross profit margins over 6% within the first 6 months
