I was then offered the opportunity to become the Financial Services Manager for the store. When I went into that department the average back end profits were 250 per car. During my time as a Finance Manager the average rose to 850 per car. After about two years in finance I was asked to be the New Cars Sales Manager. During this time I was able to work closely with the used car department as well as the new cars. We were able to maintain a strong average monthly sales number as well as a top customer satisfaction index.
