Job Responsibilities:
Identify, develop and direct the implementation of business strategy.
Plan and direct the group activities to achieve slated/agreed targets and standards for financial and technical performance, quality, culture and statutory adherence.
Direct and assist Departmental Heads to formulate policy and ensure strategy is clearly communicated and understood by all.
Review and report performance/progress of the organization on a regular basis and ensure the efficacy of Management Information System.
Examine the operations and identify profit improvement/cost reduction opportunities.
Provide a strong commercial and financial leadership and management of the business.
Ensure that the company is organised effectively with clearly defined terms of reference and roles and responsibilities.
